The final session revolves around presenting the results, experiences and challenges so far with a 20-minute presentation per person and 10 minutes of Q&A. Listeners will take notes to adjust their growth plans to the long term.
Additional, long-term feedback theory will be shared and combined with insights from the presentations. A 6-month and 12-month plan will be created and feedback goals are adjusted accordingly and shared in the group. Participants are given certificate of completion and invited to the Evorea Training and Development Community
Sessions 2-5 specifically aim at testing out, reflecting on and sharing what you have learned during the previous two weeks.
The tools to recognise and address cultural difference will be discussed and participants share specific surprise, positive findings and challenges as a group during peer consultation sessions.
At the end of the session you will take key insights and use it to continue or adjust your training plan for the next few weeks.
The Kickoff consists of an exploration of learning goals, sharing potential challenges so far and getting a baseline understanding of Dutch business culture, for example, should you always speak up in meetings.
Several tools for understanding different cultures are shared and used to reflect on your business goals.
A plan for the next three months is set up, including training and growth goals. Specific actions and goals are formulated and taken into the workplace for the rest of the training duration.
The training consists of 24 hours of training in total, spread out across 12 weeks. This excludes the initial intake before the start of the Kickoff, which is free of charge.
Day 1: Kickoff day; sharing challenges and findings so far. Introduction and working with practical tools to understand cultural difference. Based on your individual key insights, create a plan to navigate Dutch business culture over the next few weeks
Sessions 2, 3, 4 and 5: online peer consultation sessions where specific core topics are treated and follow-up with adjustments to your learning plan
Day 3: presenting results to the group, sharing key insights, planning a continuation plan
The sessions will be planned over the course of approximately 12 weeks, depending on exact availability of participants.
On premise meeting details will be shared in advance. On premise sessions include lunch (more than just a Dutch cheese sandwich).
