The final session revolves around presenting the results, experiences and challenges so far with a 20-minute presentation per person and 10 minutes of Q&A. Listeners will take notes to adjust their growth plans to the long term.
Additional, long-term feedback theory will be shared and combined with insights from the presentations. A 6-month and 12-month plan will be created and feedback goals are adjusted accordingly and shared in the group. Participants are given certificate of completion and invited to the Evorea Training and Development Community
Sessions 2-5 specifically aim at testing out, reflecting on and sharing what you have learned during the previous two weeks. Techniques discussed in the groundwork session will be reviewed; adjustment will be made to work towards training goals.
Based on the training plan you've created and the topics discussed during the Kickoff, these sessions will be guided by the trainer but heavily reliant on input from the trainees based on the practical issue you've encountered.
Each session a different topic will be addressed and towards the end of the session, next steps will be added to or adjusted in the original training plan.
The first is built up from 2 main components; first, establishing a foundation based on core concepts and the impact of feedback; and second, a practical implementation of techniques that lay the foundation of an ongoing feedback loop. Get an understanding our own attitude towards feedback and lay it next to feedback expectations of your business environment.
Understand techniques to create a safe space, practice conversation techniques to take with you to your day to day work activities. Make a plan to work towards your feedback related business goals, whether it's introducing a feedback culture or using feedback and acting on feedback as a stepping stone for career growth.
The training consists of 24 hours of training in total, spread out across 12 weeks. This excludes the initial intake which is free of charge.
